Home care is a range of supportive services provided in the comfort of a person’s own home to help with daily living activities. These services can include assistance with personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and companionship. Home care is designed to support individuals who may need help due to aging, illness, disability, or recovery from surgery, allowing them to maintain their quality of life while receiving the care they need. It is non-medical in nature, focusing on personal assistance and emotional support.
We do not offer skilled home health services currently, which are typically provided by licensed healthcare professionals like nurses or therapists. Some examples of skilled services are wound care, medication administration, and rehabilitation. If you require medical care or rehabilitation services, we can assist you in connecting with trusted home health providers in your area. Our goal is to ensure that you receive the right care to meet your unique needs.

The next step is to schedule a consultation with one of our care coordinators, who will assess your needs and discuss the best care options for you or your loved one. During this consultation, we will answer any questions you may have and provide details about our services, pricing, and how we can support your unique situation. A registered nurse will visit the client’s home for a complimentary assessment at no cost to evaluate you or your loved ones needs and determine the appropriate services. Based on this evaluation, a personalized care plan will be created to ensure the client receives the best possible support. Please contact us to schedule your consultation at your convenience, and we look forward to working with you!
